[Video] Could Vieira Still Do A Job For Arsenal?

Come Home Paddy

Come Home Paddy

We need a DM at Arsenal and I dont see the reason why Vieira cant step in a do a job at Arsenal next to Cesc? Wenger signed Silvestre last season to fill a gap so why not do the same with PV4?

The sad fact is that Arsenal have won NOTHING since Vieira was sold. it proves what a player he was and how much we miss him.

Vieira now 33 is free to leave inter this summer, So why not bring paddy back to show the kids how its done?

I would love to see the great man back at Arsenal.

How do you feel about this?

Because he is not a DM and did not work well alongside Fabregas when Gilberto was injured.

i think paddy would be a wonderful aquisition. he would definantly do a better job than the players trying to claim that postion atm and would teach them alot. he is the type of experience and power we need and im not saying he needs to play every game and be a starter but just be a leader and help give the young guns the confidence they need in the big games and the experience needed. if he is on a free than what could it hurt?

Fantastic video – reminds you of what a great player he was. Would hate to see him come back and not be good enough.

No it didn’t stop us signing Silvestre and what a mistake that was..Viera of old,no problem but he just wouldn’t be the same, thats why the likes of Birmingham are after him

ONE OF THE WORST DAYS OF MY LIFE WAS WHEN ARSENAL SOLD THIS GREAT LEGEND. DOMINATION OF THE MIDFIELD ALLOWING FREDDY,PIRES FREEDOM TO CREATE WAS AWESOME. IF ON A FREE I DONT SEE A PROBLEM.

PV was a great player and the key word being WAS. in 10 years at the club he played some 280 games and missed 260 games through injury and suspension! With currently 4 of our players looking likely to miss 4 league and an fa cup match due to ACN we need players that are going to be available not sitting in the stands. Once a player goes move on, its like getting back with an ex-girlfriend it never really works, smacks of desperation, and is all about the memories, move get a life and get a grip. BTW the same goes for the Flamster, he was only good for one of his 4 seasons and every one wants him back, wont work, desperation, memories (and not many of them) move on, get a grip.

Bring him back, legend! We’ve not been the same since he left and even if he just filled in for a few games, he’d bring with him much needed experience and know-how. And he wouldn’t cost anything in terms of a transfer fee!

Have you seen Vieira play recently? He’s definitely past it. He makes Diaby look like santa on Prozac.

I personally think that bringing back Pat would be a mistake.. He deserves first team football. Flamini on the other hand would be a great re-signing. If we can get a good CDM and 1 more sriker then i see a really good set of players.AM’z has got it all wrong from the parts i could understnd in his comments.
