Scoring Scoring Arsenal. Who needs Adebayor?

36 Goals in 11 games so far this season and a average of 3 goals a game. Without doubt we are the best attacking team in the league and maybe this bunch of players are the best we have had for sometime. And all without Adebayor  (Clap)

So whats changed?

Personally I feel Cesc is key to all of this. He seems to get a goal or an assist every game. He is now playing more forward and linking the game.

Song is doing the defensive job well and this is allowing our flair players like Cesc, Arshavin and Co to do what it is they do best.

Van Persie is now leading the line well and scoring goals.

Plus the likes of Eduardo, Bendtner, Walcott, Nasri, Diaby can all score goals. Plus we have Gallas & Vermalen who can score goals.

So this proves that Wenger was RIGHT in not bringing in a replacement for Adebayor.

At this rate we are going to score more then 100 goals this season.. And with £20m in the bank.

What happened to Sinbad? He has been awfully quiet lately. I’m pretty sure he was predicting us to drop out of the Big Four. If his conviction is still so great, why isn’t he saying very much? I’m sure he’s just waiting for a slipup so he can tell us “I told you so”. I’d love to hear it right now.

The air around the club feels fresher. This is certainly because we are doing well but also the bad smell that was the conceit and general stench of the mercenary that was emanating from Adebayor has moved in a northerly direction and is now to be found hanging around Maine Road.

i have a friend who is a Man city supporter. She went to the City v Burnley match on saturday. When she got back to work on monday she told me that a segment of the City crowd were booing Adebarndoor during the game. having laughed my sox off and repeatedly reminded her that i told her so she told me that the reasoning behind some of the fans reaction was barndoors inability to pass to his to own team mates instead of the opposition. She went on to mention his failure to appreciate the offside rule and his lack of desire to run for the ball.
i simply had to share the comments and hope you, having read them, enjoy them nearly as much i have.
    Keep the faith!

    Regarding Lanesra comment

In the end Man City supporters have come to realise what we ,the arsenal supporters, all know about Ade.
But the real problem lies with the media which still glorify him and make out he’s a much better player than he realy is.
Anyway he is not our problem anymore (and thank god nor is Toure)

    Hi Adam

I hope Adebyaor continues to hang around Maine Road, especially as Man City play all their games at the City of Manchester Stadium these days
