Yet again this season we have failed to cement our position in 4th place.
We absolutely battered Brum in the 2nd half yesterday & with only 1 goal to show for it we payed the price when Liam Ridgewell popped upto score an injury time equaliser.
With all of our closest rivals winning it hasnt been the best of weekends for Spurs but at least we are still clinging onto 4th place albeit by 1pt!
Next Sat's game at WHL v Villa is a massive game for both teams & one we cant afford to lose.
We dominated them at Villa Pk a few months back but yet again we failed to win a game when we were by far the better side.
This is something we need to address & quickly cos ultimately our inability to put teams away when we are on top will cost us dearly.
Still, in Harry we trust and all that & once we get Lennon back fit I expect us to solve that problem.
Predictions wise I expect us to win the replayed FAC 4th rd tie away at Leeds Utd on Wed & to narrowly edge the game against the Villa next Sat.
:D

Yet again our inability to finish off sides we dominate has cost us big time as 10 man Liverpool's unlikely victory v Everton yesterday see's them now sitting in pole position to snatch 4th spot CL place!
For the second time this season we battered Villa & created numerous chances against em only to end up with another draw .
Ive lost count of the number of opposition GK's who have left WHL with the MOTM award this season, u can now add Brad Friedal to that list as he was excellant throughout. Credit also must go to the Villa defence who to a man, through themselves at eveything.
That said, we pinned em back in their last 3rd for most of the 2nd half & should have put em away.
Never mind, we are still well placed & have only lost once in 12 games so we live to fight another day.
The race for 4th is still wide open, it seems that one, somtimes two of the rivals for that place contrive to f##k up every other week & allow the others to play catch up.
With the imminent return of Torres Liverpool must be favourites but Im not giving up just yet!
We are at Molineaux on Wed night & I expect us to take all 3pts against a struggling Wolves side before we travel upto The Reebok next Sunday for our FAC 5th rd tie v Bolton. It will be tough but I fancy us to go thru, possibly after a replay.
I just watch your lot get done by the Chavs on sky.
They started really well & in Drogba they have a player, who, when he's on top form , is almost unplayable.
By the time u guys woke up & started to play it was 2-0 & game over.
Credit to Arsenal though for the 2nd half showing. It was much better although the lack of cutting edge for u inside the box looks to have cost u any chance of a title.
Oh well, same old same old ehh, Utd or Chavs for the PL, Arsenal & Liverpool in next seasons CL & the rest scrapping for the left overs!
I F##king HOPE NOT!!!

Its amazing how shitty things like late equalisers can bite you in the ass. They really have ruined your season. But I'm sure liverpool are as fucked as they were before, all you have to do is watch them. They don't play like anything, they are a mish-mash of players attempting to make their tactical ends meet.

Ya, I'd rather have Tottenham in at 4th than Liverpool. At least the Spurs don't play like cunts and ride by on luck.

You would rather see spurs in the CL then Liverpool, Citeh or Villa? are you having a laugh? spurs are our main rivals. If spurs were in CL they would say they are on the same level as us and they would never let us forget it. There is only one team from north london in the g14 and that is the way I hope it stays!

I hate City, Liverpool is my greatest rival, and I'd actually take Aston over Spurs.

It goes:
Aston Villa
Tottenham
Manchester City
Liverpool

Damir,
I agreed with u a few months back & reluctantly I still do. Although they have been on a winning run recently Liverpool havn't been playing particularly pretty stuff but have still managed to grind out those results.
Torres will be fit soon & as I wrote previously I think he will tip the balance in their favour but imo its gonna be close & go right to the end of the season.
I have my fingers crossed for a Spurs & an Arsenal win on Wed night which will see us back into 4th place.
As for our other rivals, Although we have drawn twice with Villa we have absolutely battered em in both games & hand on heart I can say we are a much side than them.
We bashed Citeh up good & proper just b4 Xmas by 3-0 & I ancy us to get at least a pt up there when we play em in a couple of weeks. Although they have games in hand I dont see them as being above us come the end.
No, for me Its gonna be Liverpool or Spurs or that 4th spot with the Reds being silight favourites.

don't get me wrong,I am not some big fan of Liverpool,I just have a feeling they will end up on 4th place no matter how unattractive their play is
