You starts off as a young trialist (new member) after a period of time and after making a handful of posts you will become a Arsenal Reserve Team Starlet, you are now on your way to becoming a first team player but still need to prove yourself with skillful posts. You prove yourself and make it into the Arsenal first team and you now have full access to the forum and access to the players bar (Hidden forum) its now up to you on how far you want to go. You can become a leader on the pitch and aim to be a future manager or just carry on enjoying the game. The manager and our directors of football will always be looking to add quality to the team. And who knows maybe one day you will become a chief executive. [The is a virtual forum game for members to enjoy]
