Half Time Report Arsenal 1-0 Man City

Both teams come out the tunnel at the Emirates to a loud reception by the Arsenal fans. Arsenal will no doubt be buoyed by the return of their captain Cesc Fabregas. Manchester City will no doubt be confident today after their 3-0 win over the Gunners earlier this season. They’ll be looking to do the double today. They’ll miss their Irish playmaker Steven Ireland though.

Shay Given makes a good save off Toure’s attempt.

30′- Shawn Wright Phillips has the ball just outside the Arsenal area and slips a sneaky ball inside for Gelson Fernandes, Fernandes was perhaps shocked at the amount of space he had to take the shot. He beats Almunia with his shot!!! However he’s unluckily denied by the post
