   Our last 11 matches the sequence reads: L D D W D D L L D W L. The calls will be stronger than ever for Arsene to call it a day – but who can we get in his place? Be realistic…I agree that this season has been a carbon copy of the last 2 seasons and it is hard to defend what most people have been calling for months. Personally I feel that most of the players are far too over-paid and lack any passion particularly when it comes to wearing our famous red jersey. Cesc go to Barca and let’s get some decent cashola – whether it is Arsene or another manager there needs to be a good 30-40 million to spent. Quality Defender required – Cahill is top of my list. He wants Champions League Football so let us tap him up now!

   I think we have been in a stronger position this year than previous years and the Mancs have been nothing special. Bottom line is Spurs could have won the league this year too – it was wide open. Chelsea, Man U and Man City will be much wiser next year – will we? Doubt it…same ol same ol…

   I don’t understand why Wenger defends his players all the time. When asked in the media he allways said that they are mature and ready to fight, when they are clearly not. Cesc can piss off, he was lazy and just walking around the last 2 games. He obviously got sold and he doesn’t care. But the rest of the team is shit. Song has the decency to track back, which he did brilliantly when Lee was behind the defence, but where the hell is the CB’s? Their teamwork and organization is absent. 2 players in particular lost Arsenal the game: It was Djourou and Nasri. The swiss international made a penalty, and had 2 slip ups. after which he didn’t even bother to track back. He was all over the place and lost all his tackles. Terrible defending. Nasri wasn’t even into the game at all. He made some nice runs, but he wasted every opportunity he had in the worst possible way. And now after this loss, Wenger will refuse to blame players. Why jusdt not say it like it is. “We lost because our defence was terrible and the players didn’t do enough. We played poorly and never deserved to win after making countless school boy mistakes”

   I’ve told you all he needs to leave. I’ve told you all we had no chance. I’ve been called naive, i’ve been told to support another club, I’ve been told that I am a moron. I’ve been proven right again by this stubborn prick of a manager and his players who can’t seem to defend or know what shooting is unless your name is Robin or Francesc. Get some British players in, get some players that will shout when things are going wrong, get some bite in the team, get a pacy striker, go 4-4-2. That pacy striker could come from outside or play Walcott there who is surprisingly a striker. I say surprisingly as Wenger has never played him there. Our wingers are midfielders or strikers or in the hole players. Why can wenger not see he needs to buy an actual winger. Get him out of this club now. I don’t want him near us again. He could’ve gone down as a great, now he will go down as the manager that never wanted to rectify faults. I will be going to no games next season unless he leaves. He doesn’t deserve my support, I can’t support a man who is ruining this club, who is destroying our dignity. We’re going to be overtaken by the Sp*ds and City and maybe even liverpool unless he GOES. Crap manager, signs crap players, uninspirational, has to go.

   Oh dear so predictable sooo depressing. Doujouro had a shocker but overall is a good 3/4 th choice centre back who had a bad game. Chamack a striker who is scared to shoot bizarre! 433 does not work it is too easy to defend against. So many players need to go a strong CB a better quality Song ( Song a good second choice) a quick striker and a quality replacement for AA. Only 4 quality players plus replacement for Cesc when he goes is all we need. But more importantly fresh ideas and a new approach and defensive coaching. Why was Clicjy marking Cahill for a corner!!!

   Really poor and I only expect / hope for 1 more win vs Fulham a certain 1-0 loss to manure and humilitation at Stoke 4th place is realistic maybe Wenger will hail that as an achievement

    This season has been a very good season – we were a gnats hair from success and it is clear Wenger is building a team to dominate for years to come. We dont need to buy anyone in the summer because Koscelny and Squillaci will be up to speed with the pace of the Premiership. Next season is when you will see Arsenal burst on the scene and dominate – in wenger we rust – sorry trust

    Wonderful to see an Arsenal website lynching their own. Truly delightful to witness. Hopefully other turncoat sites will join the clamour to usurp the manager. Of course, they have good reason for their traitorous acts – for six or seven years, their haul of Premiership titles has been no more than Sid’s Auto Repair XI that plays on Hackney Marshes every Sunday. Indeed, Sid’s XI actually won a cup this season, which makes them more successful than Arsenal.
    Poor old Wenger. Laughed at by opposition fans and belittled by his own. He lives and breathes his team, but is now judged by those doing no more for the club than sitting in the stands with beer-filled bellies and scowls. Long may this continue!

    Really really really harsh on Kos (the analysis not the score.. i would have given a 7) i thought he played well. Closed down opponents, good on the ball and passing was good and prolly our best defender today. Only once he made a glaring error in positioning when sturridge made a through pass. He is going to be massive for us. But gutted by the result, heres to next year!

    As a fanatical Man Utd fan I cannot wait to go to the Emirates next Sunday to see my beloved Man Utd give the gayest football team on the planet yet another hammering and humilation. It is the easiest game United will have on the runin. Even Blackpool will provide more of a game. Why do you Arsenal fans even bother turning up, your team is a joke. If they were on the pitch on their own they still would lose the game. I think United should send their reserve team down as there is no need to play our many stars in what amounts a match against Arsenal’s ladies team.

    From his recent few pre-matches talk by Wenger, he hinted strongly that he will looks into buying players.

    IMO we needs to promote reserve fringe players (Kyle Bartley, Henri Lansbury, Pedro Botelho) and buy just 3-4 top class talents (priority are right-back, defensive midfielder, attacking midfielder). Central defender I really hope Sakho & attcking wing is Eden Hazard are the prefer choices. I really hopefully Wenger sell dead woods players (Denilson, Rosicky, Bednter, Eboue, Squiilchi) end of this season. We really needs a full squad of 25 players involved in all competitions (only 5 positions needs lesser rotational to get much needed rest) and Wenger can get champions trophies. But I doubt it will happen as Wenger is simply stubborn to gave up some of the players potential. To me Denilson & Bednter can never realise their potential. Players like Rosicky, Squillichi & Eboue had all past their best and the either cannot defend or intelligent enough to win games.

Man City has spent millions to be where we are, Chelsea has drained 850 Millions of Abromovich money and still without a proper stadium and to call a manager, who has guaranteed us top 4 with a super duper stadium included, a failure, come on guys… you need a reality check here.

    What a load of rubbish. We are The Arsenal. I wondered how this joke of a site was going to react without a Denilson, Diaby, Bendtner or Eboue in the team to scapegoat. Wenger has been let down by his star players if anything.. they seem to not have the urgency of champions elect. You may chuckle but I would have Lansbury or in the past Ray Parlour over Nasri anyday. Same goes for Arshavin. And possibly Cesc (though it pains me to say it.. ) Song has had a difficult time with niggling injuries this season but regardless of this we could do better in that position. Likewise at centreback, although, again, Vermaelen has missed most of the season and should come back stronger. All in all our squad is great. Release the deadwood and promote Manny Pingpong, Lansbury and JET to the first team squad. Away fans amazing again today. Proud to be a gooner.

    All those players are committed to Wenger and if he goes the chances are that they would go too. Nasri could play for Inter or Barcelona or Real and be guaranteed of winning things and be guaranteed way more money than Arsenal can afford too. Why would he stay if we signed some other manager? Cesc is a barca fan and his hero is Guardiola who is the Barca manager… why would he stay if Wenger, who he has called his second father, goes? Van Persie is one of the best strikers in world football and he believes in the Wenger project more than any other player in that team… if Wenger goes what makes you think that he would definitely stay when he can earn loads more elsewhere? Asking for the sacking of Wenger may make some of you feel good but you better be careful what you wish for… the man looks fed up. He gets dog’s abuse from opposition fans, he gets abuse from the press and now he is getting it from Arsenal fans? I think that Wenger may well leave Arsenal in the summer. If Wenger leaves you will drop out of the top 4 unless you can find someone as good or better than him. Good luck with that…

    I think Wenger has taken the club as far as he can. He has done marvelous stuff in coping with an ageing Invincible’s team and starting from scratch again whilst moving the club from Highbury to the Emirates clearly with financial restraints. However, I found this article written in October 2009 and I have chosen a few comments from Wenger he made at the time;

    “I believe this team, this year, will do it. When I say that, it is not to please [supporters] but because I am really convinced of it. Whether we win the Premier League or the Champions League, there is no choice; we want both. But I know it’s vital for a club like ours to fight for the championship.
    “The championship is every week, every three days and it is vital that we win it. ”

    So 18 months ago Wenger claimed it was VITAL that Arsenal won it (the EPL) but recently he’s been saying that coming second isn’t all that bad and is still a success and something he would be happy to achieve for the next 20 years!

    From the same article, he goes on talking about his favourite subject- mental strength, referring to the poor opening few months of the 2008/09 season and that by October of that season, the club were effectively out of the race for the title.

    Wenger said. “Our mental strength was tested but I could see last season many ingredients in the team and it has a great future. Take everything into perspective and you realise it was not such a bad season.

    Sounds familiar doesn’t it??? 18 months on and he’s saying the same old stuff!!

    Arsenal’s poor run, inability to see out games and conceding late/stupid goals has been the focus of many a back page, many radio phone in’s and pages and pages of blog comments. People are clearly divided into two camps. “In Arsene We Trust” or “Arsene Out”. I don’t see why time and time again, people cannot simply have a sensible, adult discussion about this and whether it’s time for change- not get personal with each other and name calling, etc.

    I don’t say that Arsenal deserve any right to success. Success is earned. We all crave success as Arsenal fans. We all want trophies. Some would like nice attractive football at times also. But what I want right now is the hope of an Arsenal side capable of mounting a ‘serious’ challenge for silverware. Lets face it, many media observers acknowledge that this year’s EPL isn’t of the same quality as previous ones – all claiming that Man U and Chelsea haven’t been as good as previous seasons and it’s only that reason Arsenal were as close as they were for so long.

    We are several points worse off that this stage last season and so whilst Wenger may claim that this current team has ‘progressed’ – the table doesn’t lie. I don’t see progress. I don’t see progress in the likes of Rosicky, Diaby, Denilson, Bendtner. Song too has had a poor season – today”s game a good example of his poor decision making and tackling abilities.

    Time’s Up for Wenger – it’s a shame he won’t be able to repeat his successes he delivered for the club during his initial first few years. Half of his tenure as manager at this glorious club has been without silverware. His time has come to a natural end and he needs to let someone else try. Who? thats a really interesting but difficult question- I’m sure you all will have your own ideas.

    I often think that the real reason Wenger refused to spend is because of the greedy directors. If he have a way with money, why won’t he?     also we all spend money to watch games at the emriates… i’m a student and i have to save up to watch about 10 games a season thats like 1,000… we are entitled to championships and trophies also considering that the fans are on the board of directors or whatever and have shares in the club! I hate you kind of supporters!! saying we are crazy! Your fucking nuts!
