Wenger Goes Back To School

It has been a worrying time for Arsene Wenger this season, he has found his methods being brought into question more than once along with his tactics. It now looks like the nicknamed “professor” of the beautiful game is going back to school.

With the help of the English FA he is to resit a FIFA coaching assessment which will start in the next International break which is next month. This is something that many fans will be welcoming because his tactics of late have left a lot to be desired. Some have compared his vision for the club to be on a par with Stevie Wonder driving in Formula 1.

Wenger turned 65 at the weekend and his age has started to show with some very questionable decisions, some have even suggested that he may be one season away from being sectioned.

There have been some very strange quotes from Le Boss recently non stranger than  after the Sunderland game,

“everybody who is very concerned about our shortness at the back, I felt that (Nacho) Monreal and (Per) Mertesacker had an outstanding game,” Wenger said.

“Of course we have many players injured at the back but I think that overall we have done very well.”

This sounds like the first throes of madness settling in for the French Manager who in some quarters is seen as Arsenal Football Club something that is more delusional than his choice quotes.

i didn’t want to say it myself but, i have of late. based on what we have witnessed Wenger, has lost something in his head. we don’t even play proper football anymore. Can’t believe what this man is doing to club and getting away with it.

  2. George says:

Can’t believe Arsenal have gone backwards since the arrival of Kroenke but Wenger is blamed.
Can’t believe Stan walked with Chelsea fans to an Arsenal match but the Arsenal fans turn a blind eye.
Can’t believe silent stan take £3m from Arsenal but there is no uproar.
Can’t believe it is Wenger’s fault.

  3. Andy Rees says:

It’s probably got something to do with the board leaving it up to Wenger to call the shots and take no responsibility for the big decisions. Im sure it is not Wenger’s fault that he doesn’t spend money that is made available either?

you need to seriously wake up.

  4. GoonerDave says:

Article makes no sense at all.
If you actually believe our manager is suffering from Alzheimers, then why blame him at all?
On the other hand, if it was meant tongue in cheek, then its a pretty pathetic way to convey your unhappiness.
Either way, it explains why you could count on one hand the people who have even bothered to comment on your nonsense.
You are unable to make a coherent point. A personal attack on a man you don’t even know. You have shown absolutely no ability as a journalist whatsoever.
A promising career in the Metro awaits you!
Or, you could try to replace the testosterone that you are lacking, and write a report on the manager that doesn’t seem like an emotional 8 year old girl wrote it.
Bye bye diddums. Don’t cry too much.

  5. George says:

@Andy Rees I suppose you think Ozil’s performances for Arsenal is justified just because he was bought for £42m!

I’m sure it not really Kroenke’s fault that all his sports teams hardly ever win trophies but generate cash for his KSE dividends.

And I suppose wenger really loves he has to sell his best players to ensure Kroenke gets his profits.

    Don’t worry, you’ll never understand.

    @GoonerDave ‘Thumbs Up’

  6. Arsene wenger is seriously sick because if his not sick or mad or is having a psychotic breakdown that's why his keeping players who can play and deliver on the bench allowing the flop once playing for 90minutes if his tired he should resign or the board says:

Arsene wenger is destroying arsenal that’s why arsenal can not score much goals again since two years ago till now problem after problem SACK HIM PLEASE there are better managers than him if ur not using him for business.

  7. Andy Rees says:

Don’t get me wrong I’m not fan of kroenke but to simply lay the blame for every problem at the club is deluded. Our problems started way before he arrived. So is it not Wenger’s fault that we still have no capable defensive midfielder?

  8. Andy Rees says:

Someone forgot to take their happy pills

  9. George says:

Arsenal’s problems started in period when they got rid of Dein / Kroenke started buying shares*

Happy pills? The slogan for this blog reads “for the hardcore gooner” – with Kroenke & son on board I will never be happy knowing that Arsenal were a force before his arrival but now Arsenal are there, just like the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Rapids, St. Louis Rams, there to be had by the supporter.

But suppose you think all the problems at those American sports clubs are Wemger’s fault too!
