Its true. 24 is young for a keeper. And it was the biggest game of this life. Maybe he will come good

sorry but he's a bottle merchant.

and this isn't his first bad game either.

against wigan in the cc he had a shocker in the 1st half.

and against burnley in the cc he again had a shocker.

he's not up to par.

Every keeper goes through this at some point in their early careers. Almunia did just the same at Celta Vigo and even here at Arsenal and look at him now. I expect Fabianski to come good for us, at an even younger age than Almunia did. Just have some patience with him. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Yes he was. But he was terrible in the 2nd and at fault for 3 of their goals. What the hell was he doing in the back of his net for their second? And he should of saved torres's second.

I think it's funny how many people who were saying Almunia's not good enough for the club are down on their knees praying for his return right now. I defended Fabianski last Saturday but his performance against Liverpool tonight left a lot to be desired. Can't back him up the same today to be honest. I just hope he doesn't have that many important games for us in the future and gets to develop in less vital games, such as the Carling Cup. Alright enough from me.

IMO we don't have a top keeper at present. They are both pretty average. It is a vital position because one mistake by a keeper can lose a match and one great save can mean we keep 3pts. At the end of the season those things add up. I reckon a TOP keeper is worth at least 6 premier league points vs an average one (based on detailed scientific research....not)
