Firstly I'd bring in some new nutritionists, new physios and a team counselor.

I'd sell Carlos Vela to a Spanish club because that's where his technique belongs. I'd replace him with Lukas Podolski for 12m.

Armand Traore would be moved to left midfield. Clichy would be sold to Real Madrid and I'd buy Urby Emanuelson for 6.5m and use him as my backup left back. Vermaelen would become my first choice left back. I'd also buy Servet Cetin for 10m.

I'd buy Tim Wiese for 14m. I'd sell Fabianski to whoever's stupid enough to take him. Almunia would be demoted to the understudy goalkeeper role.

With 5.5m I'm sure I could find a decent backup DM somewhere.

hehe,yeah why not,they have many reasons to dance and drink ,from the position No.1 they get themselves only after 2-3 games in situation where they can't be considered as serious candidates for the title anymore,it's depressive and maybe they should go out now cause title race is 99% over for them,no need for some discipline anymore..anyway,I don't think those guys in these days can get erection from all that depression
