Embarrassing you call it? What else are they supposed to do at the whistle AT HOME on the last day of the season? It's something that is done up and down the country at many games, if not ALL, win lose or draw.

To pick up on something like this and turn it into some sort of negative, when all the players were doing is saying 'thanks for your support' is miserable, weak and completely missing the point. Shame on you.

Well, financially I would rather this than win the FA or Carling cup. For coming 3rd in the Premier league we will get an estimated £14 and automatic entry to the cash cow of the Champions league, while winning the FA Cup would have got us about £4.5 and the Carling cup even less....

Sorry Deano, as always you are right. I wish I had your intelligence, insight and humility. How do you manage to be so respectful of other forum members and yet consistently hit the nail on the head? It's a lesson to us all

Yeah, just ignore real content in favour of dragging the issue elsewhere on to less savoury topics like levels of intelligence etc. You did get one clap, though, so mission accomplished, right?

Lame.

There's clearly not much else to add on the subject, mate. The stones have been thrown and the culprits have fled.

Just let this meaningless and grubby little thread die the death it deserves.
