Vieira and Henry has dinner with Wenger last night in a London hotel. Vieira has agreed to join Arsenal in jan as he is not getting any football at inter and has been left out of the french team.
Vieira will join us on a 1year, £80.000 contract and cover for Song who is off to the ACN

ouch, yes that is a pricey wage. I wish it wasn't all about the money these days! But Cesc probably gets about that much. Hopefully Henry jumps back in too

Patrick Vieira will not be joining Arsenal in the January transfer window.
The French midfielder has confirmed he will leave Inter Milan at the end of the season after becoming a peripheral figure at the San Siro, but insists he will see out the remainder of his contract.
There was talk he would leave in January to protect his place in France's World Cup squad, but the 33-year-old will stay in Milan until the summer of 2010.
He said: "I want to play more but I also want to respect my contract.

Inter probably wouldn't object to a player of his age leaving, considering he gets no game time. Its truly odd that he would say one thing directly to Wenger, no doubt a great friend, and then contradict it a week later. One of the stories pust not be true.

who knows,maybe he is tempted by Chelsea...I think cerbera have said once something like 'I don't believe in stories until I see player passing medical at the club...',that's true indeed

I didn;t think viera would be the type of player to join a club that is fighting Arsenal at the top. Same with Henry. If Viera goes Man City that will be a sad day.
