Being a Arsenal fan at the moment is emotional. Won nothing in five years and our manager says one thing, the board say something different. We can all see that some players are not good enough. I have got a lot of respect for Wenger, But if we don't win something soon i fear that he will feel the heat and more fans will start to feel like Sinbad.

I don't want to involve myself in this topic too much cause I can't operate with facts,did he lie about new signings I really can't tell,but it would be good if we could find his statements from the past to see and establish what he has said or didn't say!the truth is we had here all kinds of articles with all kinds of headlines 'I have money I will spend' etc...,to be honest I didn't read any of those articles concerning to new signings cause I believed he wont sign no matter what happens and content of those articles was irrelevant to me,but now it would be very interesting to read them

cos thats the way it is mate, if managers were always honest, other managers would know all their moves first and would act before them, stealing buys and so on.

for all we know arsene is playing one big game that ends in a buy...who knows.

at the end of the day though, i dont expect him to be honest, nor do i want him to be. i just want him to do his best for the club, and i feel thats what hes doing, if it comes to the point where thats not enough...then we can address that then, but at the moment, there's no point in going ballistic over a football managers lack of honesty!
