The Gallas Attitude

by Zickar » Sat Jan 23, 2010 4:08 pm

Its a bit late maybe ... Its three days ago news but it is still escalating and I recently read what Fuller had to say . Maybe the quotes aren't accurate but the intention to bully Arsenal is there . I'm surprised that if you are out in the real world and you intend to hurt one you can get arrested for that . On the Pitch you can get away with intentional hurt . If they are saying Gallas Intended to hurt Davies and they are judging him on his intentions this is a clear state of intention from Fuller . He should be banned for that . Gallas' tackle is not the first nor last bad tackle , you can even call it intentional but its all part of the game and we have taken a lot from those tackles in the past . a certain Taylor Tackle on Eduardo springs back to mind and it took ages to get an apology for that . We shouldn't go about kicking players and fouling them but if we have to we should . Physical games need Physical play . Even if it means putting our aesthetics on the hold

The Britannia, it’s a like a fortress, and if we do play to our strengths I don’t think Arsenal can deal with the aggressive play.
It’s been proved in the past that Chelsea and Bolton have roughed them up and tried to bully them.
We can also be rough and aggressive when we need to, but we have quality too, and so we can mix it up.
It couldn’t be a better draw, because we did well against them here last year.”

No-one can ever prove whether it was intentional or not. Did the player who injured Eduardo do it intentionaly? I don't think so. It is very easy with the speed of the game today to injure someone unintentionally. I do think that the Gallas foul was blown up, yet another Arsenal incident blown up. Eduardo dive e.t.c. Teams say all the time they are going to kick Arsenal off the pitch and that is ok, but when we become phisical and kick back we get criticised for it.

f##k the guy that got injured - just like everybody else says "f##k Arsenal" whenever one of ours gets the bollocks kicked out of him. I'm sick and tired of all the other managers coming out of the woodwork saying certain fouls against Arsenal players (Eduardo) were unintentional blah F##king blah etc. The gloves came off a long time ago and if teams and managers want to set their stalls out to kick us and even go as far as to tell the media that we "just don't like it up us" then they can f##k right off. We're the least protected side in the premiership because it's seen as 'part of an effective game plan' by refs to unsettle us. I hope the C##t never plays again

One has respect though Coyle for coming out and saying he didn't think it was intentional and aplogizing for his post-match comments .. I really have uttermost respect for Owen Coyle and I know the affair he and the Professor has

I respect Wenger, in line with agrreing to what Deano said. wenger came out and said it how it is; if other teams kick us, nobody cares, becuas ethat is the accepted way to deal with Arsenal. f##k them, Gallas can step on as many foots as he wants, I don't give a . What goes around, comes around.

Remember that Brimingham guys tackle on Walcott earlier in the season? All people said was, 'oh well, it was technically a fair tackle.'

f##k! remember Bolton trying to destroy Fabregas in the first match? NOBODY GAVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT.

For me Gallas was amazing vs Liverpool.

The tackle he made on NGOG was world class.

Its sad that we might lose him at the end of this season for nothing
