Bolton goalkeeper Adam Bogdan will make his first Premier League start in place of the suspended Jussi Jaaskelainen.
Striker Ivan Klasnic hopes to return from a thigh problem.

Don't agree Almunia was faultless for goal, yes Koz did make a tragic mistake which put Almunia on the spot but he starfished, was indecisive and way off his line as per usual.
