All I've read is the same "it's good he wants to play for us" from Barcelona that they were saying last week. There's been nothing new for the past 4 days then suddenly every website and blog decides he's gone. This is really no more concrete than "Cescs dad said" and "he has told friends". Then all of a sudden its all emergency meetings and nearly in tears.

If he wants to go thats fine but he said last week he wanted to stay and go to Barcelona some day, not next week. I don't buy the that they've told him it's now or never, because Xavi will be done in 2 seasons and there's nobody else they could get. Unless they offload Ibrahimovic they don't need him this season, and really now is not a good time to leave Arsenal since it looks like the only season that we might actually get some decent players in, and if he threatened to leave that could force the club to make a bigger commitment to investing in the team to keep him happy.

The Spanish league is a joke now anyway. Barcelona 99 points, Madrid 96 points, Valencia 71 points. It's just big teams slaughtering small teams. The difference between 1st and 3rd out there is the same as the difference between 1st and 8th here.

I'd consider him a great player passing, but not on the level of henry.

in my eyes there is almost no player who is on the level of henry, but cesc is an arsenal legend all the same

1. If Arsenal Spend some 80million dollars to get 2 or 3 World Class Player (like Alonso , Torres , Eto , Melo , Benezma).
2. If Arsenal will win Champions League
3. If Arsenal Dominate Top 4 Club and beat Manu and Chelsea 5-0
4. If Arsenal Manager stops Youth Policy and Play with superstars
5. If Arsenal Manager solves some Ego issues around more experienced players (like arshavin , Gallas)
6. If Arsenal Manager brings on Old Player Cesc Teammates Flamini and Hleb.

above all if Arsene atleast solves 2 or 3 issues his heart will fulfill and dont forget he is an emotional guy . We will win Trophies for sure.

Cesc hasn't denied anything and PHW also came out with a statement and did not deny that Cesc had a face to face with Wenger.

He's off. Maybe not this season, but it'll be a Vieira/Henry situation. He'll put in a half arsed season and then piss off for a fraction of the price he's worth. We could've got 50m from Henry, we got 16m. Sell him now and squeeze Barca for everything they've got. Put them further into dept.
